Within the Netherlands we ship for € 7.95 including VAT with PostNL.
With a long antenna, shipping is not free.
You get the tracking number via PostNl to follow the shipment.

DELIVERY TIME

An order is not complete until payment has been made. When you order from CBShop and pay with IDeal, PayPal,

Products with stock status, directly from warehouse we sometimes send with DPD, Fedex or UPS.

With each product you can directly see the stock status. Unfortunately this is not (yet) linked to our store stock. It may happen that something is just sold out.

Especially during holidays, your orders at CBShop are sent through importers.

We have a large stock in our store. However, products that have warehouse status in the shop are not in stock in the store.

Orders on Friday via PostNL are also delivered on Saturday. Via warehouse shipments with GLS and DHL are not.

If you are not at home when the order is delivered, it will be offered to you again the next day. If you miss this delivery, you can pick up your order for another 3 weeks
at the post office or service point of PostNL. Please note! For registered transport you need to bring proof of identity.

All products you can find on www.avera.nl and www.k-po.com can also be supplied by CBShop, at better prices than on their websites.
- Packaging material
We receive quite a few boxes from manufacturers and importers. To save the environment we reuse them if necessary.
- Length charges
Prices to ship antennas over 1.60 meters are getting higher and higher unfortunately. We are forced in some cases (especially with basic antennas) to ask for a quote first. We then discuss with you whether you still want to have it delivered or cancel it.
You will receive invoices by mail with your order. You can also print invoices on the website if you are logged in.
If that does not work, please mail. Then it can be sent to you in PDF.
