CBShop - Terms of Service

Before you order, please read this. When you place a order, you agree to these conditions.

Manufacturers warranty

The manufacturers warranty applies to all products supplied.

Delivery guarantee

We use Post.NL priority shipping ( and on request DHL or FedEx COURIER ) Only courier shipping enables us to guarantee that you will receive your merchandise, if not you are entitled to a refund including shipping and handling charges. On request we will insure your shipment for your safety for only 13 euro.

There is only one exception to our Delivery Guarantee with Courier shipping:
All our products are legal to sell in the Netherlands, but some may be illegal in your country.  If Customs in your country opens the package and confiscates it,  we do not refund payment. 
This is your own risk. We ship our products with  DHL or TNT (Dutch royal postal service) and the chances of customs opening the package are limited. It should be no problem. However if it occurs, we do not refund money, we delivered.

We've done business on the internet since 1996 and have only had one order confiscated, in 1998, and we ship a lot!! And since 1999 we have not suffered any confiscations at all,tnt logo

With Post.nl priority service we also insure the parcels. But checking what has happened to a parcel outside our country takes a very long time. We return your money when Post.NL refunds our money and when we know that the parcel was lost and not confiscated by Customs. Since the US Postal service sometimes can't trace the parcel, there is still a small risk that you are left empty handed in the end. For secure shipping we advise you to use DHL or FedEx with insurance. Shipping with Post.NL offers a secure and inexpensive way to get your parcel home. But is not as good as courier shipping.

With the DHL shipping method we have to use an invoice. We ship from our CBShop or a Computer Store to you. Since Business to Business more commonly use fast shipping methods we put a (invented or suggested) business name on the invoice instead of only your personal name.

Try your order for 14 days - if not satisfied return it!

If you order a product from us, you can return it with no questions asked.
For this service to apply, your order must meet the following:

  • was shipped from us using DHL or FedEx courier shipping.
  • the product must have a serial number
  • the returned product must be in perfect condition, and complete in its original packing.
  • The shipping and handling costs for this service are paid by you. So you still have to ask yourself if you really want the product before you order.
  • Since we sell a lot of special products, like antennas we reserve the right to refuse orders since we can not full fill all orders.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us CBShop of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if, for example:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
- We do not deliver to your area; or
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible.
