Refund policy

As a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for a purchase via the website. If you then decide not to purchase it for whatever reason, you can return it.

The same applies to warranty cases or exchanges of products.

In the event of a warranty, CBShop will provide free repair and shipping. The costs for returning are for the buyer. If you are sending something valuable, we advise you to insure it.

Repairs outside the warranty

Of course, we will not leave you in the lurch after the 2-year warranty period has expired.

We will always try to repair products purchased from us for the best possible price.
Also create a return for these types of repairs.
We will check whether there is actually something wrong with it for free!

Use your common sense before sending us something.
We often receive equipment that is 10 years old or older.
In almost all cases unprofitable. I always compare it to a 10-year-old TV. You usually don't have it repaired anymore.

Don't forget to put the information in the box, so that it doesn't become a search assignment. In that case, we leave the box and wait.
