SHIPPING COSTS

Within the Netherlands we ship for € 7.95 including VAT with PostNL

With a long antenna, shipping is not free. 

You will receive the tracking number via PostNl to track the shipment.

FREE SHIPPING ABOVE € 450.00

- Belgium € 9.95 PostNL Priority Post. Often delivered the next day!

Our shipments are insured for free up to 2500 euros during transport via Trusted Shops. 
All we ask for in return is an honest review via Trusted Shops.

Our experiences are very good with this. But suppose there is something wrong with the shipment, then
it is insured. It is a safe method for us and for you.
We also use the services of DPD, UPS or FedEx. Especially for length freight.
That depends on the order. You ALWAYS receive the tracking number of your shipment! However, for over 90 percent of orders we use PostNL

- For some products longer than 1.20 meters, such as antennas, a length surcharge may be charged.
This is often already stated with the product. Length freight costs are € 14.95 within the Netherlands.
Some basic antennas can only be sent with courier services such as UPS and DPD. These costs are at least 25 euros.
These costs can only be requested if the address is known. For example, business addresses are different with UPS than private ones. 

For Belgium it is more expensive to send antennas above 1.20 meters. This is discussed or is already stated at checkout as length costs. 

DELIVERY TIME

- Ordered before 12:00 Monday to Friday, delivered tomorrow is the goal. 
Usually that works out too. To cover ourselves, we do not make a hard promise here,
Certainly within 2 working days, otherwise you will receive a message as soon as possible.
This can happen that we only have 1 item and it has just been sold in the store.
We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

An order is only fully paid after payment. When you order from CBShop and pay with IDeal, PayPal,
Mastercard or Visa, the order is almost always shipped the same working day. 

With PostNL you will have the order the next working day and you can track the package with a tracking number.
You will receive this from us from PostNL at the end of the day.

Products with the stock status, directly from warehouse, we sometimes also ship with DPD, Fedex or UPS.
You will always receive a tracking number from this to track your order.
You will receive your tracking number via PostNL via e-mail! So you can track the shipment yourself!
 

- Directly available from our own store or warehouse stock.
With each product you can see the stock status directly. Unfortunately, this is not (yet) linked to our store stock. It can therefore happen that something is just sold out.

However, this is a rarity because we keep a large stock of popular products for our store. Furthermore, we work with drop shipments.
Especially during absence, your orders at CBShop are sent via importers.

- For people who want to pick up products in our store:
In our store we have a large stock. However, products that have the status of warehouse in the webshop are not in stock in the store.

From July 2012 (CBShop 40th anniversary) we work more like a webshop, but also offer the possibility to order and pick up products during the new opening hours and also by appointment!

- Delivery on Saturday.
Orders on Friday via PostNL are also delivered on Saturday. Via warehouse shipments with GLS and DHL are not.

- Choose your desired delivery date.
It is possible to add the desired shipping date as a comment to the order. This will ensure that it is delivered the next day.

- If you are not at home.
If you are not at home when the order is delivered, it will be delivered again the next day. If you miss this delivery, you can still pick up the order 3 weeks later
at the post office or PostNL service point. Please note! When using registered transport, you must bring identification.

- It is possible to have the order delivered to your work, for example.

In that case, enter a different delivery address.

- Pick up.
CBShop offers the option of picking up products by appointment.

- Collaboration with importers Avera and K-PO
CBShop can also deliver all products that you can find on www.avera.nl and www.k-po.com. At better prices than on their websites.

- Packaging material
We receive quite a few boxes from manufacturers and importers. In order to protect the environment, we reuse them if necessary.

- Length costs
Unfortunately, prices for sending antennas above 1.60 meters are getting higher and higher. In some cases (especially with basic antennas) we are forced to ask for a quote first. We will then discuss with you whether you still want it delivered or want to cancel it.

You will receive invoices by email with the order, you can also print invoices via the website if you are logged in.
