The Anytone D878UV-Plus V2.2 is a Digital UHF / VHF DMR handheld radio that is equipped with Bluetooth, which allows for wireless functionalities and audio links with the Anytone D878UV-Plus. The Anytone D878UV-Plus has a transmission power of 7 watts and is fully Tier2 and compatible with Motorola, Hytera, and most other manufacturers. The Anytone D878UV-Plus V2.2 comes with a Bluetooth PTT Button.

In addition to digital DMR, it is also possible to use the Anytone D878UV-Plus in analog mode. The Anytone D878UV-Plus is protected against water and dust with its IP54 waterproof certification. In contrast to many other digital DMR radios, the Anytone D878UV-Plus can also be operated in real VFO mode. With a true VFO mode, it is not necessary to use a PC to make adjustments or quickly change frequencies.

The Anytone D878UV-Plus has 4000 channels which can be freely programmed and the Anytone D878UV-Plus can contain 10,000 talk groups and 150,000 contacts. All this can be read on the 1.7-inch bright color TFT display, which is also easy to read in sunlight. A new important feature for the Anytone AT-D878UV Plus is DMR repeater Roaming. If you are using multiple repeaters within your network and call group, the Roaming function can ensure that the two-way radio automatically switches to a stronger repeater within your range.

With the analog operation of this walkie-talkie you can also simply use DTMF, CTCSS, and DCS, as well as coding in 2 and 5-Tone, the old 1750 Hz toneburst, is also available. The Anytone D878UV-Plus can be used on multiple ID numbers, which can be convenient if, for example, the device is used for both business and amateur use or when the walkie-talkie is used for several companies. The Anytone D878UV-Plus is equipped with GPS for transmitting and reading position data.
